OCFS for RHAS4 download
Greetings,
I read from archive that OCFS is for kernel 2.6. which means RHAS4.0 is
supported. However, I can't find the download for this version. Is the
support official and where can I download it.
Thanks / regards,

CDR's are not stored in mysql
Hi guys,
I would llike to ask for your help on a problem I'm having with the cdr
functionality. I installed asterisk 1.0.4, and asterisk-addons-1.0.4 and
followed the procedures for installation and mysql configuration. Everything
seems fina. The cdr_mysql module is loaded, and I get no error messages. But the
cdr's are not going to the mysql database, they are going to a csv file in

Packing multiple frames in a RTP packet
Hello Jean-Marc
We really appreciate your input.
If I understand it right, we should be calling the encoder on the same
SpeexBits structure passing it a frame at a time to encode for as many times
as the number of frames that we want to pack in the RTP payload.
The output then obtained from from the encoder will have the necessary
padding at the end without any separators between individual

Urgent! -- need suggestion
hi all,
I am starting to learn ruby and using ruby on rails. I have one
question. I want to create a webpage that has two sections. The right
section has all the tags (stored in a MySQL table) and in the section I
display websites related to selected tag. I am not sure how to do this
as I have two different actions to be fired in every webpage.
Any suggestion is most welcomed

Mobile Number to Mobile carrier mapping
Hi Folks,
Is there a way to find out the mobile/landline carrier name based on the
phone number?
For example, who is the mobile carrier for (415)2345678
I had heard about some query but just don't remember how/what?
Thanks in advance.

Packing multiple frames in a RTP packet
Hello,
*Background:*
The RFC 5574 suggests the RTP payload format for the speex codec. The
payload formation is straight forward; the encoded frames are to be
concatenated one after another. Once we have appended desired number of
frames, we have to pad the stream with 01111 sort of sequence to ensure that
payload ends on a octet boundary.
*Observation:*
I am using the speex encoder at 2150 Kbps

Re: [libvirt] virDomainGetInfo() returns wrong domain state
Yes, I am sure because other information pulled are correct. And the same way we have used libvirt APIs to extract other informations at different places.
My question is if VM is in shut-off state does it mean running ? IF not, what is the correct state for this VM. I am wondering why the state is 'unsigned char' in virDomainGetInfo, why it could not be 'enum' as it is returning

XCP and OpenXenCenter
I just noticed OpenXenCenter (aka OpenXenManager) that is an open source
replacement for Citrix's XenCenter. This tool works with XenServer.
But as per the blog entry:
http://blog.xen.org/index.php/2010/02/09/xen-cloud-platform-installation/
it is also supposed to work with Xen Cloud Platform. XCP is licensed
GPL2 and is a combination of multiple packages.

List of telemarketers??
Does anyone know if there is a known list of telemarketers?
Something like http://whocalled.us/ with an easier access?
We could all benefit if there was such a thing :-)
If there is enough interest, I could put up a database that everyone can
benefit from.
I just need some suggestions on:
(1) Adding new numbers based on community responses (some rule to sanity
check)
(2) Method that everyone

virDomainGetInfo() returns wrong domain state
Hi Team,
I have written below code to get the VM state at run time. I found, though the VM is in shut-off state, when I use the function virDomainGetInfo(); I get state as running. Could you please let me know what wrong I am doing. To know the actual VM state I used 'virsh list' and it clearly shows the VM is in shut-off state. Please find the log and code snippet below.

filter_parameter_logging
Hi,
Is there a way to specify keys of a hash in params to
filter_parameter_logging.
For example, my payment form sends creditcard[:number] and
creditcard[:type] in params and I filter these keys using
filter_parameter_logging :number, :type.
I don''t want :number and :type in other forms to be filtered. Is there
a way to solve this?
thanks,
Ritesh

AMI Originate differences between 1.4 and 1.6.1
Folks, I am strugging with Asterisk 1.4 Vs 1.6 differences over AMI
Originate? Here is the pastebin... http://pastebin.ca/1805594
Not sure why the local channel won't send to context while the remote
channel does. Worked fine in 1.4 but 1.6.1 has issues.
Any help?
