The ocfs2 kernel package installed does not correspond to the
running kernel. Well, you say you have centos 5.2 running but
the kernel version# mentioned is 5.0.
Read the "Getting Started" section in the ocfs2 docs to determine
the appropriate ocfs2 kernel package.
