app_queue, fewestcalls and leastrecent logic

asterisk (FreePBX) and queues
Hi folks, I'm using a fewestcall queue here, and I'm having the follow problem: I have 3 static agents in my default queue: 2001 2002 2003 User 2001 and 2002 are logged in, but 2003 are logged out. Queues strategy
Seeing as the "leastrecent" strategy does not work for us (it will *always* call the leastrecent agent, even if that agent is busy, and will not move to the next agent) I thought I'd try the roundrobin strategy. I noticed a few issues with app_queue just wanted to know if its sip related or ata186 related: Ext 111 and Ext 112 are dynamically loged into the queue via AddQueueMember. Call hits queue with fewestcalls routing. Rings ext 111 if 111 doesn't answer. It rings ext 112. If for some reason ext 112 doesn't answer it rings back to 111. Hi, I have the same problem with the queue configuration When I receive 2 calls only 1 phone ring even if more agent's phone are free. The second call will go to an other agent only if the first call is pickup. Somebody have a solution ? Watchguard Firebox 1000 and Asterisk
Has any had any experiences with Watchguard Firebox 1000 and Asterisk. I have asterisk on public side and phones on the private side. I am able to get the phones to register and make outbound calls but the inbound calls are intermittent. I have NAT enable in asterisk and on the Cisco 7960. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

SDP messages relating to rtpmap Question
SDP question if * recieves "a=rtpmap:103 telephone-event/8000" it shouldn't it send out the same "a=rtpmap:103 telephone-event/8000" to the other side of the connection? and not something like "a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000"? Thanks

Call "stuck" in queue
Asterisk 11.1.0 One queue with strategy=leastrecent. (Full queues.conf below.) Occasionally (several times today), a caller will get "stuck" in the queue - there are operators available to take the call, but the caller stays in the queue for a long time. Any idea what might cause this, or where I can start looking to debug it? I'm going to start digging through the queue log

Short rings for extensions when part of the Queue
