Call Center Reporting Tools
Hello! I am new to both the list and to "*". Can someone direct me to
some documentation concerning the reporting tools available for use with
"*" as a call-center system? Specifically, things like ACD offer/taken,
wrap-time, and such? Thanks very much.
This looks like an exciting project. I'm looking forward to playing
with it!

Broadvoice User hung up on voicemail
don't quote me on this but I believe the earlier assumtion is correction. I
think you need to have RTP going bothways otherwise the call will
disconnect.

GrandStream BT101 Attended Transfers
I know this must have been asked before, but I was just wondering, the
manual says it can do attended transfers, has anyone gotten this to work
successfully? How did they do it?
Is it possible to do attended transfers with the 'T' dial option? If so,
how?

IVR Menu and VoiceMail quality
I have really tried to do my best googling and wiki-reading before asking
this question. I couldn't find the answers there so I throw myself at the
mercy of the list...
I get excellent quality for SIP -> PSTN and PSTN -> SIP calls, however when
I or anyone else calls from PSTN -> * the voice menus are oftentimes very
choppy. Sometimes they are absolutely perfect and I cannot tell

[Bridge] BRIDGE + NFSROOT + IPTABLES (IP Conntrack) trouble
Did my last post make sense? Is this a known issue with the bridge-nf code?
Is there something I can do to help? Should I just shut up now?

RE: New $85 VOIP Phone
Back to the ACTUAL TOPIC of this thread... This phone looks kinda nice,
where can one get hold of it? How about it's * compatibility? I realize that
it says it does things like 3-way conference and attended transfers, but how
about in *?

Adding macros causes ringing to fail
Ok.. this is really wierd... I just cleaned up my dialplan a bit by adding
some macros with a strange side effect...
On my incoming context which has no macros in it, far end ringing used to
work... now that I have macros defined, far end ringing has stopped working
all together...
The macros DO work, but when they transfer, the far end ringing sounds
terrible and even skips a few rings...

Asterisk on MS Virtual Server
Hi,
This might not be a very popular question, but I was just wondering if
anyone have ever tried to run Asterisk on a Windows computer using Microsoft
Virtual Server
(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/virtualserver/default.mspx).
I am told that you can run Linux on a virtual server using this software, so
in theory it should be possible.
I run a windows based domain, but am also

Stack level too deep on Cygwin and on Debian / Colinux with 0.5.0 - 0.8.5 Beta gems
Hi,
as it is not possible for me to use a sensible development environment
to start with I have to use emulations. I use Cygwin on windows and also
Colinux. (Colinux is really amazing cause it lets you run actual linux
binaries und Windows.) So here is my problem, which by the way exists
since Rails 0.5.0 I think. It was the reason I tried Colinux in the
first place, cause the error first

Polynomial Approximation with Exponential Kernel
I'm trying to find an R package that will smooth a line with the "polynomial
approximation with exponential kernel" or "PAEK" algorithm that is used in
ESRI's ArcGIS software. I have a copy of the original paper that provides
the algorithm, but I'm not confident in how to code it. The algorithm will
smooth a polyline's vertices at a user specified distance

Searching archives for Colinux
Newbie to the list. Are the archives searchable like Listserve
archives, or do you just use Google? In another reality I am a
mainframe Sysprog, so this stuff is somewhat alien to me.
I would like to find previous postings on running Asterisk with CoLinux.
I have the Win32 version of Asterisk installed and I have built Asterisk
on Topologic Linux running under Colinux on the same WinXP

VSP? Looking for advice.
Has anyone tried using BroadVoice for VSP? I have Asterisk configured
for a home office & I've been trying to decide which VoIP provider to go
with for a little while now. I had heard you could get sub $.01 calls
but I have not found that to be true yet (not saying it's not possible,
I just haven't found it!).
Also I'm not sure if BV will support multiple lines. Any

[LLVMdev] OS Development
Hello, Willow
> How do I do this? Can I run LLVM inside coLinux under Windows?
Both LLVM and llvm-gcc4 builds and runs fine on windows natively. But,
yes, you can run it on coLinux :)
Even more, you can build crosscompiler, which will run on one platform,
but generate code for another.
