t100p configuration troubles
I've put a t100p in our * server and I'm having trouble configuring it. It is directly connected to an Adtran TA 750 channel bank with two FXO cards (8 analog incoming lines total). I'm able to insmod and modprobe both zaptel and wct1xxp with no trouble, but when I start * with /usb/sbin/asterisk -c I get the following output: [root@rosella root]# /usr/sbin/asterisk -c Asterisk

wildcard/FXO config
Trying to config the latest Asterisk/zaptel with an Digium Wildcard and a single X100m FXO interface connected to a POTS analog line. Build and install of both work ok - I'm using Suse 8 on a dual Pentium box. I load the driver with "modprobe wctdm" and the LED on the wildcard lights up. Then I start Asterisk with "asterisk -vvvgc" and asterisk fails to start. The

TDM400P strangeness
Hi List, I have a test asterisk box with a TDM400P with 4 FXO modules plugged in. Yesterday I could use the box without any issues - no problems. This morning, the sound on the box was absolutely horrible. After some fiddling about, I have rebooted the box, and now asterisk refuses to start! Here's the message I get: Jun 9 10:45:53 WARNING[3297]: chan_zap.c:769 zt_open: Unable to

Second X100P card won't work
Greetings all, I've just put two X100P cards to my box and despite trying everything I can find on the web, I can't get the second one to work. I've edited /etc/modules.conf so that ztcfg doesn't run automatically. To start, I run: /sbin/modprobe zaptel /sbin/modprobe wcfxo /sbin/ztcfg /sbin/modprobe ixj and ztcfg says: ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 2: No such device or

TDM400 not working
Hi, all I have installed TDM400 card. I can see it is there (lspci). But Asterisk does not find it. phonebox2*CLI> zap show status No Zaptel interface found. I assume that driver is not loaded, but I am sure I have installed it (I compiled zaptel and then re-build asterisk and did make install for both zaptel and asterisk). When asterisk is started I get: Jan 2 06:28:08 WARNING[3473]:

Of course I am not a kernel expert, so .. please be patient. I am investigating on my zaptel/zapata problem. Hi, I've a little problem with my asterisk server. I have managed an asterisk server for a few months one. Today, I wanted to restart it and when I did it, my asterisk server didn't want to start again. I looked at the various messages in /var/log and the same thing appears.
