PRI Error T100P
I have seen this posted around the list a few times, but have never
found my exact error or even a solution to this.
I was getting this error every few seconds...... After moving the card
to a different PCI slot and turning off some devices that are not
needed. I was able to get the messages down to about every 10 minutes
and the T1 card now is sitting in it's own intterupt.

Kernel Panic, memory leak?
Hi,
It's become almost routine now to reboot the server every morning. If
we are able to log in, after a lag of ~10 seconds, we see the load
average is usually > 3.0.
As I am writing this, it just went down again. The console had a bunch
of text on it, the very bottom reading:

Possible solution to Zaptel panics
Heya Mark (and others),
Here's an update on my adventures while trying to debug the Zaptel-related
panics, as discussed on this list a while back.
While debugging the problem, I completely swapped the machine for an
entirely different model (Supermicro dual Xeon 2.4GHz with 2Gb of RAM),
put the cards in, recompiled * + Zaptel and administered my stress-test.
The machine stayed up in excess

X100P random hangups - Please help with suggestions
Thanks for the reply Bill.
I am aware of the interrupts problem. To solve it I have already disabled
my serial ports freeing up interrupts 3 and 4 and these are allocated to
the two cards. This was done 2 months ago and has not solved the problem.
Is there any way that something can wake up every now and then and generate
these two interrupts? My current /proc/interrupts is as follows:

Red Alarm on X100P
I'm having sporadic problems with my X100P card. When trying trying to
call out I get a message on the console that the channel is busy even though I
have bounced asterisk. It seems the card grabs the line and doesn't let go.
When I try to call the number I get a busy signal. If I perform a rmmod wcfxo
and restart asterisk everything retruns to normal. I have a TDP400P installed

IRQ headaches
Excuse my ignorance here, but I am desperately trying to isolate the IRQ for
my TE110P card (shown below as t1xxp) Ive gone into my bios and disabled all
usb , parallel, serial and some other devices, those that I needed to keep,
I have moved off of IRQ 10 and onto IRQ 5, but everytime I boot up, I get
usb-uhci and ehci_hcd using IRQ 10 as well as my Digium card. Does anybody
know what these are

Skutch AS-66 and an X100P
I finally got my X100P working and now I have a question.
I have several Skutch phone line simulators. My X100P works as expected with
both a POTS line and an analog PBX port, but when I use a phone line
simulator it doesn't answer the line. The phone line simulator doesn't power
the line until the phone set goes offhook. Asterisk shows the RED alarm and
then the alarm clearing but never

X100P keeping PSTN line Offhook
Happens quite often. X100P FXO card puts the PSTN line offhook, so that no
calls go out or come in. The outside callers get a busy siganl while inside
callers cant dial PSTN.
Its a DELL optiplex P3 128MB ram 500MHz processor.
Here is some more info: (see the zapata.conf in the end)
Please direct me where to look for problem.

ZAPTEL PROBLEM
Hi all,
I am using a TDM400P card with 2 FXS and 2 FXO modules. Everything
seems nice, but i'm not able to make calls nor to receive any. When I
try to make a call, I keep receiven the "all circuits are busy now"
message, and when I receive calls, asterisk doesn't seems to care
(don't get anything on the CLI)
I'm using Asterisk 1.2.17 and Zaptel 1.2.16 from Xorcom's

X100P outbound only (Don't answer)
I tried implementing my * and it didn't pass the spouse factor at this
time. I wanted to hook it up for outbound only at this point to get a
better handle on the dial plans and the echo problem.
I thought this might have been done before as a natural part of testing
- but maybe not.
In wcfxo.c I found this:

GENERIC kern compile error 4.8-STABLE
GENERIC Kernel build failure just after stable-cvsup and buildworld.
I have ensured that everything in /usr/obj was deleted before i began.
Btw. /usr/obj <-- is a symlink to /Disk1/usrobj, because /usr partition
was filled up.
I have installed these packages from ports.

TDM400P periodic sound clicks on FXS
Hi,
I am having periodic sound clicks (2-3 per second) on all FXS of a
TDM400P when the remote end is my VoIP provider. However:
- recording the conversation on the asterisk, does not have the
glitches, although I can hear them on a real phone.
- My VoIP provider to my VoIP phones through the same asterisk is OK.
- TDM to TDM through the same asterisk is OK.
I tried with and without

Assertion Failure
I got this.. The system was usuable, but not very. If I tried to access the
ext3 volume, it would hang. Reboot hung too, complaining about too many
open files. Any ideas? I have no idea what triggered it; this is a big
file/web/mail server, with all of that on the ext3 volume. And I've never
run ksymoops before, but I think I did it right.

X100p on VIA EPIA-V problems
Hi All,
I hope I'm posting this to the appriopriate list, and that cross posting
to two lists is OK. (If not, I'm sure I'll hear about it quickly :))
I'm running Asterisk on my (new) VIA EPIA-V motherboard.
This seems to be the ideal platform for a home version of asterisk - its
small, quiet, low power, and should have plenty of computing horsepower
if only it would work!
