I have seen this posted around the list a few times, but have never found my exact error or even a solution to this. I was getting this error every few seconds...... After moving the card to a different PCI slot and turning off some devices that are not needed. I was able to get the messages down to about every 10 minutes and the T1 card now is sitting in it's own intterupt. I don't know if this helps or not, but as we've posted recently, we see these routinely on our TE405P. After closer study, we even see them at odd hours where I can guarantee the card isn't handling any load (not a single call being placed). For reference, our zapata.conf reads, in part: fxsks=1-24 bchan=25-47 dchan=48 bchan=49-71 dchan=72 fxoks=97-100 So you can see channel 71 is the last b-channel of a PRI and 72 is the d-channel. The really interesting part of the puzzle here, and the only reason I thought I would bore the list with these messages again, is that we're only seeing these errors on channels 71 and 72: Apr 22 13:17:52 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 22 18:04:29 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 00:08:48 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 00:08:59 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 01:58:10 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 02:26:51 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 04:30:52 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 11:48:00 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 13:06:53 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 13:30:22 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 15:36:53 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 18:28:19 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 19:12:09 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 23 19:39:46 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 00:09:56 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 01:55:47 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 03:43:07 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 04:28:08 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 13:26:33 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 14:46:50 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 24 20:45:51 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 72 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 25 15:59:29 WARNING[-1340421200]: PRI: Read on 71 failed: Unknown error 500 Apr 25 19:11:28 WARNING[-1329931344]: PRI: Read on 70 failed: Unknown error 500 Don't know what it means. For myself if Read on 18 refers to the channel... I only have 1-4 as my B Channels and 24 as my D Channel... Could there be something going on from the Telco - that I need to speak to them about?
