segfaults with queue
Just cvs'ed about 40 minutes ago (10:15 CST 8-8-03). Segfaults when I use a queue app in many different scenarios. When calling phone is only member of queue I get a segfault. When 1st called extension is outside line I get a segfault. Many other scenarios as well. Unsure how to go about troubleshooting. Any ideas? Jim Friedeck

Channel Status in AGI
I am looking for a way to quickly and easily test for on-hook channels from within a C-language AGI app. CHANNEL STATUS works but is a bit clumsy. I don't want to rely on strcmp'ing the returned '200 result=-1' as the meaning of this might change in the future. I am trying to create an ACD using MySQL and want to test each channel before I Dial it. Any ideas? Jim Friedeck

DynExtenDB Module for iax.conf ?
I have at been looking at Andreas Otto's DynExtenDB Module which will forfill half of my needs for a system... The other half requires something similar for registrations in iax.conf Has anyone found a similar solution ?? Gary .

Wrap-up
Is it possible to specify a 'wrap-up' time in a queue so agents will have a specified amount of time to complete tasks between calls unless they hit a key on the phone? As it is they can recieve a call moments after they hang up with no 'down time'. Thanks Jim Friedeck

Asterisk ACD with Polycom IP501
Has anybody got the polycom acd function to work? I have the following setup: Debian 3.1 - 2.6.8 linux zlib-1.1.4 libpri-1.2.3 zaptel- 1.2.6 Asterisk - the bweschke/polycom_acd_funtions branch version - I get one error when doing a make install about needing a newer version of libpri and zaptel, I got the above versions from asterisk.org, are there newer version anywhere else? Rockwell ACD - "Take back and transfer"
Hi all- I have a customer with a Rockwell Spectrum ACD. They wish to connect to an asterisk system using euro-ISDN circuits, and asked me if asterisk supports a feature that they call "Take back and Transfer". This feature allows an IVR (asterisk in this case) to handle a call and then blind-transfer it back through the ACD to another extension- freeing up the asterisk channel.

ACD Methods
Can anyone point me in the right direction of info regarding ACD methods available in Asterisk. As far as I can see there are time based ring strategies available but I cannot find any info regarding skills based routing or queue priorities. ACD Bug with AddQueueMember Stable

I have a couple of real quick questions for ya'll. Asterisk Queue ACD when the queues and agents has the same priority/weight
Hello, I have three queues (F1,F2,F3) with default queue weight and three agents (A1,A2,A2) with default agent penalty.
