Is there anyway in asterisk to figure out how much time an agent has spent on the phone? I know I can see total time for a call (inbound or outbound) but where/how do I view queue stats?

shameless newb question
Hello all, I have developed a rails application and Im ready to host it. So far I have registered a domain name, and purchased hosting on site5. The problem is, I dont know what to do next. Maybe someone can point me to a tutorial, but I really do not know the process of moving the application onto my host. Do I copy the entire rails directory structure into the www directory? How do I

Shameless Plug, early rails application
Well, I wanted to mention my early rails application(in the event I stop working on it). At present it is a link blog, you post a link and now we have a listing of links from different users. Ideally, it has been a week or two. On rails in general, it is really nice, you want to add an action or update a model, you just do it as opposed to wrapping something in 10 layers of XML. The

Shameless plug
Geoff is interviewing me about RSpec and continuous integration: http://podcast.rubyonrails.org/ The interview is a month old, and there has been a lot of great development in RSpec''s mocking/stubbing and Rails controller/view area in the meanwhile. I''m not so sure we''ll ditch our own mocking yet :-) Cheers, Aslak

Shameless plug: virt-factory
Hi, we made a very early version of a tool that we want to evolve into a full ''virtualized data center management tool'' available[1] - one of the reasons I post here is that it uses puppet under the hood quite heavily to control the virtual guests and hosts, and integrates provisioning of puppet into guests out of the box. We''d love to hear feedback/comments/feature

[PLUGIN] rspec_resource_generator - RESTful scaffold generator with RSpec specifications
...lled in, and a complete specification for the controller. Views are all hooked up too. Generate the code, run the migration, and you''ve got 26 passing RESTful controller specifications. Salt and hot sauce to taste. http://svn.flpr.org/public/plugins/rspec_resource_generator/ Most code shamelessly jacked from the scaffold_resource plugin. I did, however, write all the specs. This code released under the DoWhatYouWantWithIt license.

wrr in 2.6.x
Guys Given the replies and interests lately on the WRR scheduler, and the shameless promotion of Route Hat (only kidding), my question is simple. Is there an alternative for the 2.6.x kernels? >From what I gather WRR is only available for the 2.4 kernels... Regards -- Kenneth Kalmer kenneth.kalmer@gmail.com http://opensourcery.blogspot.com

Stumped on methods
...s and the introduction to methods, I've stuck the whole business into a character object and used: NextMethod("print") However, instead of not printing quotes and displaying the usual representation of the string, I get the whole string, newlines and all, in quotes. My attempt to shamelessly copy someone else's print method was foiled as most of them don't display when one types the function name. I presume this is a feature of namespaces. Needless to say, searching the archives for "print & method" retrieved a cornucopia of useless information. I wonder if an...

[LLVMdev] LLVM 2.9 - JIT problem on Windows
Hi, I have built a shared version of LLVM which I am now able to test in my Qt-based application. It all works fine on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, except that whenever I exit my Qt-based application on Windows (everything is fine on Linux and Mac OS X), I get a message that reads that "this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way".
