Ogg Format
Hello All,
When going through the Ogg format, I have a basic question. As per the RFC
the Ogg format encapsulates the logical stream. Now consider the scenario
where a raw mono stream is being encoded with Opus Codec. The stream is
48KHz and the length of the stream being encoded is worth 20ms of data.
This makes it 960 half words (considering 16 bit format). Now if the final
output is say 100

NonParametric Anova
Dear Sir,
I would like to ask whether there is any tool in R, developed for the function of non parametric Anova, where the non parametric analysis is able to compute the p-value for interaction as well (similar to Anova)? If not, would sir like to suggest any of the other statistical software around which would have this tool?
Thank you.

randomForest - partialPlot - Reg
Dear R Group
I had an observation that in some cases, when I use the randomForest model
to create partialPlot in R using the package "randomForest"
the y-axis displays values that are more than -1!
It is a classification problem that i was trying to address.
Any insights as to how the y axis can display value more than -1 for some
variables?
Am i missing something!
Thanks

where shall I enforce sieve and quota plugins
Hello, guys,
I'm going to using sieve and quota plugins, but I'm not sure where shall
I enforce against properly?
I see somebody uses them against 20-imap.conf, 15-lda.conf, or
20-lmtp.conf
I use LMTP as MDA, so where is the correct location to call these
plugins and why?
Thanks,

T.38 - Which endpoint shall reINVITE ? caller or callee ?
Hi,
I've been playing with T.38.
I observed that mostly but not always, it's the "calling endpoint" that
reINVITE the other party to drop current SIP/G711 session and start a new
T.38.
But sometimes, it's also the callee party that reINVITE the calling party.
Which is the "standardized" or most common, way to start a T.38 session ?
Shall it come from callee or

I've found another busybox bug.
The "/bin/sh" utility is provided by busybox as well (via the usual symlinking).
Per POSIX, if
execvp(file, { argv[0], argv[1], ..., NULL })

Debate: Shall some of Microsoft R Open Code be ported to mainstream R?
Dear R Developers,
First of all, I would like to thank you Jeroen Ooms for taking the binary
Window Builds from Duncan. I firmly believe that the R Community will
benefit a lot from his work.
However, the debate I would like to open is about if some of Microsoft R
Open Code shall be ported from R Open to Mainstream R.
There are some beneficts in R Open such as multithreaded performance:

How shall I evaluate the latency of each instruction in LLVM IR?
Inspired by https://www.agner.org/optimize/instruction_tables.pdf, which
gives us the latency and reciprocal throughput of each instruction in the
different architecture of X86, Is there anybody taking the effort to do a
similar job for LLVM IR?
Thanks!

compiler-rt builtins on MSVC 2019
Hi,
compiler-rt builtins currently doesn't build on MSVC 2019,
I the problem is that compiler-rt\lib\builtins\int_math.h includes the header ymath.h.
according to eg. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/c-runtime-library/reference/finite-finitef?view=vs-2019 the header to include is float.h
also the ymath.h file contains the comment /* ymath.h internal header */ so probably shall not be
