Hi, I would be curious to play with an Android phone with Wifi-only capability. My plan is to install Bria on it and see if it could be used within a couple of WiFi access points, as a high-end wireless phone. Which handset would you recommend ? Which SpanDSP version to play with Asterisk 10 and T.38/T.30 gatewaying ?
Hi, Maybe I missed it while checking it, but which spandsp version is recommended to play with Asterisk 10 and T.38/T.30 gatewaying ? I can see both spandsp-0.0.6pre17.tgz and spandsp-0.0.6pre18.tgz here (http://www.soft-switch.org/downloads/spandsp/) but I couldn't find a changelog documenting differences between them. So I prefer to double check ask for recommendations. Regards

How to reject an incoming call using AMI ?
Hi, For a call center, I'm studying how I can offer agents the ability to reject an incoming call using a custom application. As you can guess, in this case, rejecting a call means "let another agent answer this call" (it doesn't mean "end this call"). The only way I could imagine for this to happen, would be to redirect the caller to a conference room, then hangup

Polycom Blf / Directed Pickup
Would anyone happen to have some examples of polycom configs, specifically the 650 with sidecar for blf. I have the asterisk side all configured since I've set up blf with other types of phones, but I'm missing the polycom side. I've put together a <mac>-directory.xml, and the sidecar now lists numbers as speed dials but does not subscribe to blf.

Asterisk 10/1.6.1 and Dahdi/Libpri compatilities in BRI /PtmP
Hi, After an upgrade, I discovered yesterday strange things I would like to share here. Basically, I'me comparing platforms: The first one is a 2.6.26 (Debian Lenny) platform, with Asterisk 1.6.1.18, Libpri 1.4.10.2, Dahdi revision 8853 (must be between 2.3 and 2.5, I think). The second one is a 2.6.32 (Debian Squeeze) platform, with Asterisk 10.5.1, Libpri 1.4.12, Dahdi 2.6.1. Both are

Which issue is keeping you from updrading to 1.6.2 ?
Hi, I'm evaluating what could keep me from upgrading production systems to 1.6.2. As 1.6.2 seems pretty close to 1.6.1 but I gave 1.6.2 a try but I met an issue with BLF-pickup which kept me from going further. Have you met other issues I should include include in my checklist ? 1.6.2 - Pickup and SIP Replaces header
Hello, I'm using Thomson/Technicolor ST2030S hardphones with Asterisk 1.6. Changing from 1.6.1.18 to 1.6.2.6, I can see a change in Pickup's behaviour and I'm a bit confused about it. With 1.6.2.6, when extension 7791 is calling extension 7792, I can see INVITE messages coming in and out Asterisk. I can also see a NOTIFY message advertising this call to subscriber 7793, for instance.
