I know that this phone will not do sip as it has limited memory, however has anyone been successful getting it to work with mgcp/h323? I mistakenly bought one of these thinking it was a 500 (description noted the 500 documentation). Anyway... just hoping I didn't blow $150 and that I can at least get it to work sean

Basic call setup works, but we can't get call transfers to work: On pressing the "transfer" button on the phone (getting a new dialtone) the 2nd endpoint is disconnected. ...to use innovaphone's IP200 full standard compliant H.323 hardware phones (great!) with asterisk. Everything works perfect (calls, signalling, talking) until we want to perform a call transfer (H.450). Upon pressing the R-key the first connection is hung up immediately. As gatekeeper we use a IP400-box OR GnuGK, same result with both... So, who has experience or uses H.323-clients with asterisk AND does call transfers? Thank you! christian ekhart. Hello, I am looking at the Polycom phones. The ip600 has a very nice screen, is that the only real advantage over the ip500 and ip300.. Is it worth the extra dollars?
