hello, I just installed 2 brand new x100p cards into my linux system. Everything compliled and worked fine from the first try. Hoewver the phone lines I will use with this system have groundstart signaling. I have tried to change the zaptel.conf and zapata.conf to use this type of signaling but ztcfg gives me an error every time with the new configuration. The solutions presented were to use inverse inbound and outbound line groups and to use groundstart signalling. As it turns out, the Sangoma A400D card that is in use does NOT support groundstart. ...so tried this with the GetCPEID application, and that also is returned with a -1. Digium said I should try doing that with the voicemailman application, and I did so, and it did not change anything. The channel does have adsi=yes and rx and txgain set to 0.0. ...to the PSTN that's fine. When I hang up the SIP phone the PSTN call ends. If I receive a call from the PSTN, it's answered and everything is ok until the remote party hangs up. Asterisk thinks the call is still active and holds the line open. I've tried using Kewlstart, Loopstart and Groundstart but I'm not getting anywhere. The line itself is a bog standard BT PSTN line. ...it is picked up, the promt is beign played as soon as it reaches the Harris, eventhough the given extension can still be ringing. If I let the extension ring for a while and then pick up I only hear the prompt in the middle (or as far as it went till I picked up).
