Far Cry 2: Not working, but could be working quite easily?

Correctly installed Marvel Ultimate Alliance, already present in appdb as gold. The installer complained that it could not install directx. As specified in appDB I added d3dx9_36.dll to system32. When I run the application it says: "DirectX9.0c is not installed on this computer. Install it and try again." I tried to play with libraries in winecfg but without luck. I'm currently using

Hi, If you have Legacy Drivers of Nvidia (96.43.05), every D3D games will return a boucle of "GL_INVALIDE_OPERATION". We can't upgrade drivers to >= 100.x.x because (e.g Ti4200) il not supported. Temple of elemental evil - high CPU usage by X/ToEE
