NV30 (FX 5200 Ultra) OUT_RINGp and initial four GEM objects are mapped to the GART instead of System RAM - is that proper?
...should mention that I know _why_ it is taking the pages from the GART
and giving them to the userland - but I don't know if that is correct way of
doing it. Let me explain the steps to lead to this:
0). KMS kicks in, allocates two bo pools: VRAM (io offset f0000000), and the
TT (io offset ec000000). The ec000000 is the GART:
[ 3.871709] intel_845_configure: ec000000
[ 3.881255] agpgart-intel 0000:00:00.0: AGP aperture is 64M @ 0xec000000
1). Xorg starts calls the NvInitDma which ends up calling nouveau_channel_alloc
which does DRM_NOUVEAU_CHANNEL_ALLOC ioctl.
2). Kernel nouveau...

XEN/bridge mode
Hi!
I want to forward the port 3389 from the domU to the virtual server with ip
address 192.168.122.77 with not success...
I tried a lot of iptables rules with no luck so far. Is this possible? I
take a look at other post and I don''t found an answer.
By example:
/sbin/iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -i xenbr0 --dport 3389 -j DNAT
--to 192.168.122.77:3389

Ok you in Grub press tab and then add ?3? after the initrd entry ?. quiet??
yum remove xorg-x11-drv-nouveau
And see if X11 come up with standard frambuffer?
Disable nouveau complete from kernel if the upper not helps.
nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf
blacklist nouveau

Bug: Limitation of <=2GB RAM in domU persists with 4.3.0
I just built 4.3.0 in order to get > 2GB of RAM in domU with GPU
passthrough without crashes. Unfortunately, the same crashes still
happen. Massive frame buffer corruption on domU before it locks up
solid. It seems the PCI memory stomp is still happening.
I am using qemu-dm, as I did on Xen 4.2.x.
So whatever fix for this went into 4.3.0 didn''t fix it for me.
