legitimate library/package, and I can't for the life of me figure out why.
I know I'm not a programmer (for one thing, they get paid better than I
do), and I know that I will be roundly derided as a wimp for writing this,
but I give up. Has anyone out there accomplished this feat (or imported
the contrib packages via the XWindows version), and if so, would you be
willing to end my suffering? I have seen some posted online, but as luck
would have it they don't overlap much with the...

Look, I have been polite about this and directed you to my email
address 'rpenny at samba.org'.
It is the 'samba.org' part that is relevant, you only get to use that
when you are part of the Samba team, so do not come on here and make
posts that deride other people posts and then tell me what I should or
should not quote. It is NOT your mailing list, it is the Samba teams
mailing list and you are not part of that team.

Node and Class unique naming
All
I am doing some testing and have a quick question. Do class and node
names have to be unique? I define a node:
node test {
include test
}
and a class called test.
When I run the test node and connect I don''t get an error but no
configuration is applied to the node. Is this normal behaviour or a
bug? If it''s normal behaviour should Puppet tell you about the

That's great for you, but some of those things are really valuable for
system admins, especially those who run *really large* numbers of
systems. Power and cooling cost money, so optimization has a lot of
value. A lot of those plug-and-play and hot-swapping technologies that
you deride are essential for high availability systems (such as SAS/SATA
hot swapping).

xferlog not rotating.
I am not sure how to correctly troubleshoot this. I just noticed that my
/var/log/xferlog file is huge. There are no files in /etc/logrotate.d/
for xferlog. This is what leads me to believe that it isnot rotating. Or
perhaps I do not have it set to rotate. I am not sure.
I am running CentOS release 5 (Final).
Can someone tell me what I, apparently, do not have configured correctly.
Thank

[LLVMdev] Postponing more passes in LTO
In the future could you please do some sort of visualization of your data,
or at least provide the raw data in a machine-readable format so that
others can do so?
It is incredibly easy to come to incorrect conclusions when looking at
lists of numbers because at any given moment you have a very localized view
of the dataset and are prone to locally pattern-match and form a selection
bias that
