Initially the bottom half of the screen was cut off for civilization 4 and It seems to have corrected itself now, for unknown reasons. Now it keeps giving the computer opponents time victories within a few minutes. Why is it doing that? And how do i correct it?

I have added a new series of Wine 1.3 packages to the Wine PPA: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa These are for 10.04 (Lucid) only and must be explicitly installed: sudo apt-get install wine1.3 Users who simply install the wine or wine1.2 packages (as in, all existing users) will instead get the stable Wine 1.2 release, which is still packaged there. Since the latest wine, I noticed that pressing down shift or alt or ctlr and clicking the mouse doesn't have the intended effect.
