Help with amportal: asterisk ended with exit status 127
...'full' log
doesn't seem to list anything from trying to run amportal. It seems to me
that the last lines from the 'full' log are related to me stopping my
currently up and running asterisk so that I can try to run the amportal
command. Make sense?). Please help.
Thanks,
Ben F

Pause/UnpauseQueueMember
...ually pauses the Agent on a single or all Queues, so there must be a way
to pass it the Agent ID rather than the extension. Perhaps
Pause/UnpauseQueueMember needs an overhaul or perhaps we need a PauseAgent
and UnpauseAgent...
Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks,
Ben Ferguson

Why is agents.conf not utilized? (aka: can't find good info on agents and queues for AMP)
...This seemed possible utilizing
Agentcallbacklogin, and pausequeuememeber/unpausequeuemember among other
commands, but not through AMP...
Has anyone had luck getting this type of thing working utilizing AMP?
Perhaps I should be moving on to a more robust Asterisk manager program...?

How's the best way to set up agents...
So I'm trying to set up queues and agents and am trying to figure out the
best way to set up what I need to do. And what I need to do is basically
get Asterisk to mimic my company's current phone system. As close as
possible of course. And my main problem is queues and agents. Currently,
for our queues and agents, a person is assigned a hot-desk extension, which
they use to login to
