gnophone's settings:
Use asterisk

When I try to dial a number with gnophone the server logs the following

Rejected connect attempt from 192.168.2.18, request '5957@local' does not

And answers "no such context/extension" (sniffed with ethereal) to the
client.
OK, I am a newbie (3 hours old) to Asterisk...
What did I miss, what to read, where to start ?

Persuing the gtalk issue - not only jack-related
...starts, it tries to read 512 bytes and only gets 0. That clears up
after a while.
Sometimes a good time later than the reading comes the writing. And there
the real strangeness might begin. Because usually the framebuffer of JACK is
set in power of two. But I see, that app_jack wants to write 3844 (31*31*2*2),
yet it fails!
Now I found out, that I can phone now. BUT: Theother party reaches me quite
clear, after a few seconds of horrible white noise, with frequencies above
8kHz. Yet I come through all hacked or very slow.
The slowness also happens to my voicemail. So if someone gets...

How would I implement this as a named scope?
...perform a kind of generic ACL
check. I use it as an initializer that adds one singleton method and
one method to any subclasses of ActiveRecord.
How would I go about changing this algorithm to a named_scope that I
could then use in query chains?

problem with ggplot2 boxplot, groups and facets
I have a following problem:
The call
qplot(wg, v.realtime, data=df.best.medians$gv1, colour=sp, geom="boxplot")
works nice: for each value of the wg factor I get two box-plots (two levels in
the sp factor) in different colours, side-by-side, centered at the wg x-axis.
However, I want to separate the data belonging to different levels of the n
factor, so I add the facets option:

A better way to do this
Hello gurus,
I have a dataframe containing two groups viz., 'control' and 'case', each of
these groups contains longitudinal data for 100 subjects. I have to plot all
these subjects on a single chart and then put a regression line for each of
the group for all the subjects. I have written a function to do the chart
grpcharts<-function (dat, group,group2,molecule,cutoff){

Migrating spec_helper with modifications
Hello,
After moving into the HEAD of rspec, I am greeted with a mountain of errors,
which I expected, due to my specs not being migrated.
I use hpricot for a lot of my view tests, as it is extremely simple to
traverse the DOM with it. I used to include HpricotSpecHelper in
spec_helper.rb, like so:
require ''hpricot_spec_helper''
module Spec
module Rails
module Runner
