Uploading nightmare
...mplished in any way, but I was unsuccessful.
As I used --preserve (part of -P), the temporary file was still there (but
not renamed to the final file name) (I want to use --preserve since it would be
stupid to lost the whole file if the upload had to be interrupted for some
reason), it had about 128KiB. Ok, I shrugged, so I will resume the upload. But
now it completely ignored that temporary file and created another one. Since it
wasn't that much, I let it be and went away. When I returned and checked the
upload, it was done already, but when looking at the result, the 128KiB large

In my dmesg, I'm seeing something strange.. I think this is determined by
kernel internals. It seems strange and problematic to me. I believe this

RAID6 in production?
Is anyone using RAID6 in production? In moving from hardware RAID on my dual
3ware 7500-8 based systems to md, I decided I'd like to go with RAID6
(since md is less tolerant of marginal drives than is 3ware). I did some
benchmarking and was getting decent speeds with a 128KiB chunksize.
So the next step was failure testing. First, I fired off memtest.sh as
found at <http://people.redhat.com/dledford/memtest.html>. Then, I did
'mdadm /dev/md0 -f /dev/sdo1', and it started to rebuild as it should. I
cranked up /proc/sys/dev/raid/speed_limit_min to 150...

Network stops responding after some time
Hi there,
I''m using the Suse Enterprise 10 RC2 along with Xen 3.0.2 on X86-64 and I''m experiencing a problem with the network.
I boot into the Xen kernel and everything works just fine. I can browse the net etc.
However after a while the network stops responding completely. I am not sure what causes this to happen or what triggers it. After a few hours, the network just stops
