samba - Aug 2019 - CUPS printing: which server to use?

Is there a recommendation or restriction where to place CUPS printing?

On a DC or not, on the DM or not?

customer wants printer server, and I have to choose which server to
install that on.

Folowing the 'rule of thumb': leave the DC doing only the DC, mu CUPS
servers is on DM. FYI.
