Hello, after reading carefully the results of my "Samba User Survey 2015" (https://www.samba.org/~mmuehlfeld/), I thought a lot about how to improve our documentation. During the last 4 days in 403 wiki changes I splitted and renamed many pages, restructured a lot, etc. The first really visible result of this work is a completely new and restructured "User documentation" page: https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/User_Documentation I haven't edited much content during this process, so don't be disappointed. It was just the spadework for the big project: - rework all pages - make pages more clear - move distro specific and extra stuff to separate pages - be more detailed with more examples and screenshots - more background information - bring one style to all pages - etc. And the long-term project: Have an eye on what people add on which places in the wiki. Currently everone adds notes and more wherever on existing pages and turns some guides into a completely confusing mess. I'll keep you informed. ;-) Regards, Marc
