samba - Feb 2014 - Timer Server In Multi DC Environment

Hello,

     When using more then one DC is it advised to setup the PDC emulator 
with "time server = yes" and the other DC with time server = no"
in
smb.conf? Thanks.

There is almost never any need to set this old parameter.  We should
remove it, it only changes if we publish a flag in the old NBT protocol.
