[Samba] Joining a linux server as a domain member with samba4
Hi All, Playing with Samba4 RC6 and its working amazing in my test network as a DC. One thing i am not clear with is who to join a file server to it. on the file server do i install samba4 the same way and run: samba-tool domain join member ... i did try net join ads but it seems it didnt compile in ads then i saw some people saying this was not the way to do it. Soooo i just want to get a clear answer what is the recommended way on joining a linux server as a domain member with samba4? Cheers, Simon

I've tried to make 'samba-tool domain join member' also do reasonable things, but without ADS support the end result won't work (and it isn't yet the officially supported tool for that job).
