Any expert samba , I have problem to setup configuration files

Samba 3.0.24 on solaris 10 not recognize socket option 

socket options = socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_KEEPALIVE IPTOS_LOWDELAY
SO_RCVBUF=32768 SO_SNDBUF=32768

my error log
