[Samba] samba and ADS: some users are "invalid"
hi everyone,
i'm new to samba, i did an install and configure of samba 3.0.33 on red
hat 5, security is = ADS.
All seems quite good but... some users are not allowed to connect
("Username.... is invalid on this system" is in log files).
done some debugging with wbinfo:
#wbinfo -u | grep <username OK>
<username OK>
#wbinfo -i <username OK>
blabla correct user name and surname....
#wbinfo -u | grep <username NOT OK>
<username NOT OK>
#wbinfo -i <username NOT OK>
Could not get info for user <username NOT OK>
So samba can find all users, but some of them are "problematic". Basic
AD settings seem identical between user OK and user NOT OK.
What to do?
Thanks in advance!

user account without this problem were probably created on the older NT4 domain.
