Maybe some people are using: http://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/samba/STABLE/11.0/ Which is still serving 3.2.4 binaries. On the official samba site, samba.org, there is a link to the binaries. If you follow that link for SuSE, the binaries have not been updated. For years they have always been updated. To the samba developers: is this not the best place to look for SuSE binaries? Thanks.
