samba - Dec 2006 - problem between samba 3.0.23d and Excel running on windows 2003

Hi ,

Only using excel, when I do "save as" I recieve the message "the
file
exists, would like replace it?". If I confirm 
I saw othe message: "it?s not possible save file . The folder have attrib
only read"  What do I do to resolve this?
