[Samba] Write access after creating old username on new PC
After creating account of old username on newly installed PC Win XP I have read access to home share on Samba server for this account, but no write access. Others accounts have write access to their home shares and before changing of new PC this account have had write access too. I am sure this have been solved yet, but I have been searching for it (maybe erong way) and I have not found it. Thanks for advices Prokes

[Samba] Write access after creating old username on new PC
Are you positive both the unix UID and the SAMBA SID for the new user match the old user? Can this user edit files in the home share 'sudo -u user touch /path/to/homeshare'?
