samba - Jan 2006 - roaming profiles unknown issue

when I try to log on in my samba+ldap pdc sometimes Xp tells me that it 
doesn't find "the network path to the profile" but I can see all
the
shares including my profiles if I browse it after loggin in. The 
drawback is that I can login but my profile isn't updated.
Is this a common issue, do you have any advices?
