samba - Mar 2005 - Porting PDC 3.0.4 to 3.0.11 on different Hardware

I'm trying to port our Samba PDC running Version 3.0.4 to a new Hardware.
I installed the new System with Samba Version 3.0.11. 
I named the new server (majestix) different to our old one (tuxix), but 
let the Domain Name unchanged (KLEINTUXINGEN).
Is it possible to copy the installation from the old to the new system? 
What do I havte to change and how?
Who can give me advise here? I dont want to do any changes to the clients 
!!!
