OK, Microsoft says that "Local Settings" does not roam. Why, then, do I see files opening and closing in it (on my Samba server) when my user logs in and out? The vast majority of log-off time is spent doing SOMETHING in Local Settings. This is with Windows XP especially. Anybody have any info for me about this? Thanks, Misty
