Hi, what i found is, that samba really tries to set the old time: 14:54:09 utime("PATH/file", [2004/11/01-14:53:16, 2004/11/01-14:53:16]) = -1 EPERM (Operation not permitted) but it is not allowed. Why? Hi, it seems to if the user has the primary group Dom?nen-Benutzer (missdisplayed as: getent group | awk -F':' '{print $1 "," $3}' | grep Benutzer |grep 10000 DOM+Dom??nen-Benutzer,10000 ) and here the id output of the user: AGESTT74:/etc/samba # su - DOM+testuser DOM+testuser@AGESTT74:/etc/samba> id uid=10000(DOM+fscadmin) gid=10000(DOM+Dom??nen-Benutzer) groups=.... If the primary group is something else like e.g. "DOM+testgroup" everything seems to be fine. I'm working on that issue..... How can i get the Group DOM+Dom??nen-Benutzer displayed correctly as Dom?nen-Benutzer?
