You say that there are rpm-packages for rc2 available for redhat9. But when i browse the ftp directory, i saw that it is empty. My experience is that I can't print any longer from my Windows machines to my printer connected to my RedHat 9 machines at home (similar problem at office but with Redhat 8) Any other experienced similar issue?? How > come?I suspect this is because the RPMs are generated automatically and building the RPMs for RH9 doesn't work (errors at the end about "installed but unpackaged files"). The sooner this is fixed, the better, and I am sure it is being worked on. In the mean time, you can install from the SRPMs and use the following directions (if you have the compiler & tools installed): http://www.rpm.org/hintskinks/unpackaged-files/ Cheers, Paul
