I'm experimenting with Samba 2.2.7a in my home office-- all is well except
only I can open my Word files copied to our Samba share.
All other users can only open them "Read-only".
Please help me correct this.

Here's the smb.conf file:

Thanks so far, I've taken your comments and revised my smb.conf file (below), restarted the server, re-logged into my XP box, yet my "read-only" problem continues. Any other thoughts? Do you need to chmod the files that have already been written there? OK, that did it for the existing files. But if I save a new file to the Samba share, or copy a file from my PC to the share, same problem. More ideas?
