samba - Nov 2002 - printer device settings

hi,

here's a little problems with printing settings/features:

System: W2k SP3 client vs. Samba 2.2.6:

In the "properties / device settings" - dialog the 
"Form To Tray Assignement" drop-down-boxes do not display all possible
formulars, that are expected to be found there. 

In a specific case with a Lexmark  PS driver the "envelopes" are not
shown.
These are displayed, when using another W2k pc as server.

Does anyone know a reason/solution?
Who is responsible for the list of formulars - the server, the driver (on the 
server - on the client), the devmode?
