samba - Nov 2002 - remote admin of win2k boxes via samba

Is there a way to use samba to remotely add users, change passwords, set 
permissions, etc. on a win2k box?

Some things can be done via rpcclient - also see the same tool over at
samba-tng.org.  Also see smbcacls.
