samba - Oct 2002 - How to access the RAS settings of the NT domain users with help of Samba ?

Could somebody help me with this question please:

Is there a way to get the information on whether dial-in is granted to the user,
is there a callback set for him and what is the callback number provided we know
the username and password ?
