It's been a while, but I think I had this working. Only problem was, you
can't start KDE, and I think even though a console login works, some
things may be broken due to limitations with smbfs.
And NFS doesn't work since the uid's don't match between winbind
boxen.
One issue seems to be that you can't do it via pam_stack (ie use it in
/etc/pam.d/system-auth), you have to add it to each service.
