I guess you know how to use smbclient -M ?
You have to decide who to send the message to. The network might be real
big or small.
smbclient -L winserver will show you who the server knows about.
findsmb will broadcast for you. But, so will nmblookup '*'.
If you want to know who is logged on, smbstatus might help.
Then, you need to just write some simple scripts.
