samba - Jul 2002 - SMBLDAP-Tools smbldap_conf.pm Permissions 753

Hi again!

In the INSTALL-document of the SMBLDAP-Tools I've one point to ask: Why 
does the smbldap_conf.pm needs to have 753? I guess 751 or 755 would be 
better, just don't permit all others writing my configuration ;)
Did I miss anything?
