Normally with the robustness of SAMBA, I could solve any
problem with playing with parameters. I have a situation that
has stumped me.
We run security=server here so all logon attempts get validated
against a NT Primary Domain Contoller. 99% of all connections
come in from that domain. We are staring to get requests to
share out directories to users in other domains. Sounds like
a job for a inter-domain trust relationship.
Does SAMBA support this? I would be happy to upgrade to
whichever version supports this, if any.
If not, what other options can I use to allow these users
to connect to these shares?
