I don''t believe that we have the ability to make any of them required.
Even if we did, I think that requiring 5 or 6 additional fields would
turn people off from submitting more than the occasional "we don''t
have enough info" email. Not to mention the fact that we''d have to
update the options in each one every release (more management for us).
So really, sending a canned response is the simplest, most flexible
way for us to deal with this issue.
