Rails 3.2.7, ActiveRecord with a field called "message" fails
Upgraded to Rails 3.2.7. I have an ActiveRecord with an attribute called "message". This works fine until 3.2.6. With 3.2.7, I get this error: private method `message'' called for #<OutgoingMessageRecipient:0x105cf1da8> I see a private method called ''message'' added. Short of renaming the field, any other suggestions? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group. Re: Rails 3.2.7, ActiveRecord with a field called "message" fails
try referring to the attribute like this instance[:message] where instance it the name of the instance of course, e.g o utgoing_message_recipient[:message] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group.
