Rails - Jul 2012 - carrer in Ruby on rail

hello guys

I want to know about the career in Ror. I am new to Ror and currently
working on Ror Project in the company ..It takes near about one year to
become much friendly with Ror development

So that is why i am asking about the growth in the Ror and advice that Is
it a Good Language to start with
