Rails - Oct 2010 - ¿how can I use different customer paypal accounts to receieve payments securely?

I have an application where different customers can sell their own
items, it means they upload their own paypal email account to receive
the payments, is there a way to secure the post variables different
from using public and private key for each paypal account?
