Rails - Oct 2010 - rails 3 with mongodb

Hi.

I would like to configure a application in ruby 1.9.2 + rails 3 +
mongodb on windows vista.

I know it''s work better in linux ou mac, but in my job i need to use
win.

I folowed the steps from the site of mongodb, but when i run the
bundle install, there comes
this message below.

Someone can help me with this.
