Hi:

Need help. Using Actionmailer in development mode, and I keep getting
this error:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not
properly respond after a period of time, or established connection
failed because connected host has failed to respond. - connect(2)

This is my first time trying to use action mailer. I am trying to test
an email confirmation using authlogic.
