I have ruby installed, and also apparently gems installed. I tried doing "gem install rails" I also have tried downloading the gem and then installing it and it is still not letting me install it. I would like to use rails to develop my site but if i''m unable to even get rails installed on my local pc for testing purposes then i don''t see how i''ll ever be able to get it to run on the site. I am on windows 7 x64 RTM Pro. I was using latest ruby, latest gems, and latest rails. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
