Rails - Aug 2009 - HABTM for 3 different tables

Hi Everybody,
                        I''m having 3 tables 1)Insurance 2)policy 3)
Users
and all have has and belongs to many relationships
I want to link all this 3 tables .
Plz guide me on how to link all these table using HABTM
